Mitchell Sibley is a commercial and patent litigation attorney. He specializes in all aspects of litigation, with extensive pre-trial and trial experience in federal court and before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Sibley has handled both the technical and the non-technical aspects of patent cases. He has handled cases involving network security, digital content processing and uploading, mobile handset and networking, interactive programming guide functionality, mobile security software, and location services technology. For the last several years his particular focus has been patent damages— helping to develop damages models in support of his clients’ litigation and settlement goals. His clients have included small tech companies, silicon valley pioneers, and large multi-national corporations. Mr. Sibley previously practiced law at McKool Smith, P.C., in Dallas, Texas.
